• Do you like walking, in under 15 minutes to all the major tourist attractions, all the while avoiding the lousy bus system? YES
• Want to be close to a mentro station but not on "top" of it?  YES
• Want to be a short walk from Lastarria, an area full of restaurants, pubs, and museums but not suffer the inconvenience of being "above" them? YES
• Want to be on a street where the bus will not disturb you in your sleep when it passes? YES
• Want to sleep next to disco? NO (then Bellavist is not for you)
• WAnt to be 50 meters from the stop of the most famous city tour? YES
• Want to sleep in a hostel where there is always partying and drinking? NO
• Want to be in the best location in town? YES
• Finally, do you want be treated like you're at home?
